Deep Tissue Massage reaches deeper layers of muscles. It is used to break down knots and relieve pressure points throughout the body.
Hot Stone Massage is often paired with different massage modalities. Stones are heated and used with oils to soothe, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress.
Sports massage helps to improve flexibility, reduce the risk of injury, and decrease muscle fatigue. Sports massage is focused on areas of the body often overused and stressed from repetitive and aggressive movements.
Prenatal massage provides relaxation to the expectant mother-to-be. The focus is to relax sore muscles and sore spots, relieve mental and physical fatigue, and improve circulation.
At no extra charge, cupping and essential oils are provided. Cupping is a very old Chinese practice where cups are applied to the skin to bring about better circulation, release toxins, and improve flexibility. Essential oils are derived from flowers and plants and have many benefits including relieving stress and anxiety, reducing inflammation, and alleviating headaches.
